1. Determine target vehicle / 購入車両の選定
First, you decide which vehicle you want to purchase. Then, you can decide how to purchase it. There are several ways to purchase it, such as purchasing from stock or from an auction, so if you are not sure which method is better to use, please ask our experienced staff.
まずは、購入したい車両を決定します。その後、仕入れる方法が幾つかありますので決定します。在庫からの購入、またオークションからの購入などの方法がありますので、判断が難しい場合は、経験豊富なスタッフにお尋ねください。
2. Receive a quotation from MO Tsusho / お支払いの合計金額を提示
MO Tsusho will present you with a total price that includes the price of the vehicle, transportation costs, shipping fees, and other expenses. There are various terms for presenting the total price, such as Ex-works, FOB, C&F, CIF, etc., and the contents of each method are different, so please inquire us if you are unclear.
車両の価格、輸送費や船代などの諸経費などを含めた販売価格を提示いたします。販売価格には、Ex-works、FOB、C&F、CIF、など条件によって異なりますのでご不明な場合、お問い合わせ下さい。
3. Inform us your purchase decision / 購入決定
Please confirm the price and terms before deciding to purchase. An official invoice will be issued here, so please check the details. Also, please state the consignee and notify party.
提示された価格、条件をしっかり確認の上購入を決めて下さい。ここで請求書が発行されますので内容をご確認ください。また、荷受人、通知先をお伝えください。
4. Make payment / 支払い
You can make the payment after the decision. Payment must be made in advance by telectronic transfer, so please remit the payment to the bank account listed on the invoice. It may take 1-3 days for the payment to be confirmed. Once you have remitted the payment, please do not forget to inform the person in charge that you have remitted the payment.
購入が決まればお支払いをいたします。前払いのTT支払いになりますので、請求書にある銀行口座に送金してください。確認まで１～３日かかることが御座います。送金いただいた場合、担当者に送金した旨をお忘れなくお知らせください。
5. Confirmation of vehicle availability / 車両の確保
The vehicle you specify will be secured once your payment has been confirmed. If it takes a long time to confirm your payment, there is a risk that the vehicle may have been sold elsewhere, so we recommend that you confirm again before making your payment.
ご指定の車両は、入金の確認をもって確保となります。入金の確認までに時間がかかる場合、他で売れてしまう恐れがあり、再度事前の確認を推奨致します。
６．Transportation / 輸送
The goods will be transported from the supplier to the port. This may take 1-7 days from arrangement to transportation. It may get crowded during peak seasons, so please plan ahead.
車両が確保された後、港まで輸送を行います。これも手配から輸送の日数として１～７日程度かかり、繁忙期などは込み合いますので余裕のある計画を立てましょう。
７．Documents (Domestic procedure) / 書類（国内用）
All paperwork will be prepared for export cancellation. Changes to export cancellation will not be made until the shipping date is largely determined.
輸出抹消への変更をするために書類を全て揃えます。輸出抹消へは、船積み日が大方決まるまで変更は行われません。
８．Documents for shippping company / 輸出書類を作成、提出
The documents required for export will be prepared and submitted to the shipping company. Please inform the necessary information.
輸出に必要な書類を船会社へ提出いたします。必要な情報は担当者までお伝えください。
９．Booking and inspection 船の予定を立てて検査を受けます。
In Kenya, vehicles being exported are required to undergo a nationally specified inspection. The inspection certificate has a validity period, so you must schedule the inspection accordingly. If you get it too early, it may expire, so you should schedule the inspection after arrangement the ship, it will be carried out at a later date. Reservations are required, so it is suggested to avoid making sudden plans.
ケニアでは、輸出車両の国で指定された検査が必須となっております。その検査の証明期限がありますのでそれに沿った予定を立てなくてはなりません。早く取りすぎると期限が切れてしまう恐れがありますので、船の予定を立ててから検査の予約をして、検査の実施が後日されます。予約が必要となりますので急な予定は避けましょう。
１０．Loading in a ship / 船積み
The vehicle will be loaded onto reserved ship. After vehicle is loaded, an export certificate and a copy of the B/L will be issued. MO Tsusho e-mails you the documents, so please check the contents and inform us if there are any point of amend.
購入された車両は、予約された船に積み込みされます。その船積みされた後に輸出許可証、B/Lコピーが発行されます。担当者は、その内容をメールなどでご連絡いたしますので内容を確認し、訂正がありましたら、ご連絡下さい。
１１．Bill of Lading original / B/L原本が到着
After ship departs, the original B/L is issued and one original will be sent to you by mail. Please bring the original to the customs clearance office.
船積みされた船が出発した後にB/L原本が発行されますので、原本が郵送で送られます。その原本をもってCustom clearanceに持参してください。
１２．Arrive / 到着
Ship arrives at the port, you are notified of its arrival. Please bring the necessary documents for import procedures and go through Customs clearance.
車両を乗せた船が港に到着し、到着の連絡が来ます。輸入手続きに必要な書類をもって通関を行ってください。
